Ana Maria Merino, NC (Nutriologa Certificada, the term for RD in Mexico) is a clinical dietitian with more than 10 years of experience working in private practice in Mexico City. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Instituto Nacional de Salud Publica in Mexico City. For the last 7 years, she has worked with a group of gastroenterologists in Hospital Angeles del Pedregal in Mexico City.
